I have just joined this fascinating web site and am busy catching up on item's posted, so excuse anything a little overdue, I noted a couple of photo's relating to Brockhouse,

I worked for them for over 30 years and have collected various items, memorabilia, photo's etc'.

When Snow Hill was closing I tried in vain to persuade my boss that we should  'rescue'  one of the large signs, not really sure what we would have done with it though!

Brockhouse wordwide companies made many things ranging from petrol tankers, trailers, castings, forgings, transmissions, fold up motor bikes for paratroopers!, Indian Brave motorcycles, lawn tennis equipment, the list is endless, their sales brochures proudly said  "The Name That Carries Weight" and featured a British bulldog.. Sadly all gone.
