Hi Terry,

Thanks for the kind comments. The ones I am uploading at present are some that I recently re-scanned. The camera was rather limited so i have had to do some tweaking in Photoshop with some. I agree about grabbing the signs. Think what those round Snow hill signs would fetch. I believe they can go for about £2,500. I have a few more to upload. Strange that you worked at Brockhouses. Was that the one just down from Hill Top towards Harvills Hawthorn? If so I worked there for a short period in one of my holidays when I was a student. It would be about 1972. I was actually trawling around there on google Streetview only a couple of days ago. The large brick building on the corner is now boarded up. I think that was the main admin. offices wasn't it? It's been such a long time ago since i was down there that I have forgotten. I didn't even know they had closed. I had thought about taking some photographs around there before that all goes the same was as most of West Bromwich!

Regards

Hi Essa,

Thanks for that. I had never picked up on the chalk marks before! :-)

PS. I can't even find my photo of 4150! Is it on its own or with another loco?

Hi Essa,

I have no objection at all. Incidentally, I am involved with the Kidderminster Railway Museum, so we may have met and not realised it!
